Information at Your Fingertips
Once logged into the Client Center, you will see a screen listing all of your scheduled jobs for the next 30 days to the left. On the right side, you have various options to manage your deposition scheduling, to locate transcripts, and to review billing:
- Jobs: All scheduled jobs. If desired, view by selected date, case name, attorney, or job number. Also edit, cancel, or put a job back on calendar.
- Calendar: View scheduled jobs in a calendar format.
- Invoices: View all billing by date, case name, attorney, or job number.
- Transcripts: List all case transcripts available for viewing or download.
- Schedule: Schedule jobs as well as use drop-down information for specific cases. Great for rapidly booking multiple depositions.
- Reports: Generate electronic or printed reports of deposition activity.
