From the President
Hello,
Do you need access to your depositions that are currently scheduled, those which have already taken place, or your entire past and future deposition calendar?
Our online Client Center makes this information available, giving you access to your entire deposition calendar 24/7.
You can limit the information to a particular case, key witness, or attorney, and you can get the specifics on any particular deposition by double-clicking on its job number.
It’s that easy!
Our goal is to provide you with the tools like the Client Center, so you can be more efficient and in control of your deposition schedule. For more information, contact us so we can provide you with a secure login ID and password within minutes.
Best regards,
Sheila Atkinson-Baker

Analysis of reasonability in turn always depends on the facts and circumstances surrounding the actions being judged. Read full article
