Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative which will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing accounts. This position will be based out of our Glendale office and will require heavy outbound calls to promote our services to law firms.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and good phone etiquette
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Willing to make cold calls
  • Business to business sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation:

Base salary plus uncapped commissions. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays and paid parking.

Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager. This position will require heavy outbound calls to maintain existing client accounts and promote our services.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Some sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must have excellent communication skills with good phone etiquette
  • Basic computer skills needed (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to work from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday

Human Resources Assistant/Recruiter

We are looking for an HR Assistant/Recruiter. This position will require heavy outbound calls to maintain existing client accounts and promote our services.

Qualifications:

  • Computer savvy with strong administrative skills
  • Must have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professional judgment
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

Duties:

  • Recruitment
  • Processing new hire and termination paperwork
  • New employee onboarding and monitoring
  • Other duties as assigned by the HR Director

Customer Service Representative

We have an opening for an entry-level Customer Service Rep.

Requirements:

  • Prior office experience is preferred, but not required
  • Must have basic computer skills and be able to type at least 40WPM
  • Must be able to pay attention to details
  • Must be able to work from 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday
  • Must live within 20 miles of Glendale, CA 91203
