Account Representative (Inside Sales)
We are looking for an Account Representative which will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing client accounts. This is an inside sales position, based out of our Glendale office, and will require heavy outbound calls to promote our services to law firms.
- Excellent communication and good phone etiquette
- Good customer service skills
- Willing to make cold calls
- Business to business sales experience is a plus, but not required
Base salary plus uncapped commissions.
General Office Clerk
We are looking for an entry-level General Office Clerk. This is a full-time position, working 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. Applicants must have basic computer skills and be able to type at least 40WPM.
Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Rep to join our team.
Skills and Requirements:
- Prior office experience is preferred
- Must have basic computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must type 40+ WPM and have excellent spelling
- Must be able to pay attention to detail and focus on a task until it is complete
- Must live within 20 miles of Glendale, CA 91203
- Able to work from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday
