Our clients consistently rave about how friendly and responsive our staff is.  Our online service allows clients to access their calendar and all transcripts from past depositions and includes a scheduling form to simplify the scheduling process.  Clients comment on how easy it is to use.

Since we  work with so many reporters, we can find a reporter in your area, even at the last minute, to help with emergency-type situations.  We also have an after-hours hotline, so you can reach one of our scheduling personnel any time of the day or night.

We securely email transcripts, including PDF, e-transcript, and plain text formats, including exhibits.

We provide conference rooms when requested in cities across 48 states.

Here are some ways in which we go the extra mile to ensure excellent customer service:

√ Our calendar department checks and double checks the depositions you have on calendar to ensure that there are no errors.  You get email confirmations and a phone call the day before, as needed, to ensure the court reporter, videographer, and/or interpreter shows up and is on time.

√ We have a tracking system that tracks all the depositions, once they’ve been taken, and we have reporter coordinators who follow up to ensure the transcripts arrive in the office on time.  Then there’s quality control checks to ensure that the transcript is accurate.  This means you get transcripts on time, and they are accurate.  This reduces stress for you because your attorney gets accurate transcripts.

√ All of our staff go through thorough customer service training so that you get quick response to needs.  This helps you because we know you’re busy.

√ When you need a court reporter at the last minute, our calendar team goes into action and quickly locates a reporter and gets them to the deposition, keeping you informed every step of the way.
