"I can confirm that the depositions in Israel (Haifa, Sav-Yom and Raanana) are now concluded.   This has been a most unusual sequence of depositions as both parties had to cooperate to get the information we needed in a hurry.

I have been in this business for more than 30 years and have specialized in defending physicians and hospitals for more than 20 years.  I have never had two more cooperative, adaptive and helpful reporters ... they have been simply wonderful. We took two physician witnesses out of order in the middle of another deposition in Haifa and still both reporters maintained their composure and high level of professionalism. 

I should add that reporter's choice for our videographer proved positively inspired.  I want to commend everyone for their outstanding work under circumstances which could easily have rattled less seasoned court reporters.  Thanks so much for your assistance in bringing them into our case."
