Once logged into Client Center, you will see a screen listing all of your scheduled jobs for the next 30 days to the left. On the right side, you have various options to manage your deposition scheduling. locate transcripts and review billing:
Jobs: All scheduled jobs. If desired, view by selected date, case name, attorney or job number. Also edit, cancel or put a job back on calendar.
Calendar: View scheduled jobs in a calendar format
Invoices: View all billing, or, by date, case name, attorney or job number.
Transcripts: Listing all case transcripts available for viewing or download
Schedule: Schedule jobs as well as use drop-down information for specific cases. Great for rapidly booking multiple depositions.
Reports: Generate electronic or printed reports of deposition activity.
