In 1992 with Bill Clinton running for presidency, the big three car makers reporting record losses and Hurricane Andrew devastating Florida and Lousiana, Atkinson-Baker burst into unprecedented expansion.

ABI was rapidly out-growing its quarters. With massive logistical, billing and scheduling needs that the court reporting industry demands, our in-house software handled every detail flawlessly.

Automated fax confirmations were utilized for confirmations ranging from scheduling secretary to the scheduled court reporter while the internet was only vaguely being discussed by the public.

ABI's growth was limited only by its physical space which would be fully addressed as of 1993. Meanwhile, every resource the company had was stretched to its maximum.
